From the time we receive to the time we deliver, we will handle it all. We will receive, inspect, and log the items into your inventory. It will then be placed in a designated and secure storage location for your account until it is scheduled for delivery. We will act as your quality control and notify you of any issues or discrepancies. If any issues occur, we have in-house repair and refinish technicians who are fully capable of making any repair, an office staff that will file freight claims for you, and if you are just being proactive we offer fabric protection services as well. For any items that need to be returned back to the factory we will handle the repackaging / crating and shipping needed. With a competitive pricing structure our experienced staff will work with you to ensure you only pay for the services that you need.
